Famous Cypriot Semolina Helva
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the almonds.
- Boil the water and sugar to make syrup
- While that is boiling fry the semolina while continuously stirring until starts to brown
- Add the syrup that has been pre-prepared by boiling the water and blossom water and stir quickly over a low heat
- Pour into tray
