- For the sherbet, 3 glasses of water and 3 glasses of sugar are boiled and left to cool.

- Almonds are neatly lined up on top.
- It is cooked at 175-180 degrees until it is browned.
- It is taken out of the oven, cut into pieces and cold syrup is poured on it.
- It can be served once it cools down.
